If you make a post showing a recipe you made that week using the “food of the week,” you will be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift card to a local culturally diverse restaurant.
  • You can post any recipe, not just the one highlighted, and if you do not want to post you can send me an email to (
  • There will be 5 winners, one for each week, and they will be announced at the end of the month.
